When you’re starting out, the gym setting can be quite intimidating. We'll help you get familiar with equipment use, help you understand why form is important, and offer training that will get you further, faster based on your fitness goals. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions!
60 - 90 minute consultation for your:

Memberships are mandatory for all personal training sessions so you can enjoy gym use outside of your training sessions. Check out our membership pricing here.
All personal training session dates MUST be booked at the time of your consultation. This is vital to helping you commit to your program.
Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours prior to session or session will be forfeited.
Cancelled sessions MUST be made up the within the same week.
Monday – Friday 5:30am to 7:30am and 4:00pm to 7:00pm
Saturday & Sunday 8:00am to 2:00pm
